The Quantal aluminium conservatory roof system provides superb aesthetic appeal and offers an engineered solution to complex roof designs for orangeries, atriums, glasshouses and conservatories.

Over the past 15 years Quantal’s team of engineers have developed a roof system that offers innovations and technical advances beyond the scope of our competitors. Through extensive research and by constantly listening to our customers we are able to offer you a Quantal roof for virtually any glass structure your customers desire.

Quantal builds the majority of roof kits fabricated before carefully packing and delivering it to you on our own specialist transport.

The Quantal system offers a choice of forged aluminium cresting and decorative finials, all powder coated with a high gloss polyester coat, we can guarantee they won't fade, crack or warp - whatever the British weather throws at them.

• Rotafit

  Rotafit is an engineered solution with a patented twist and lock action. This simple yet innovative solution dramatically cuts installation times and improves weather sealing with a reduced reliance on silicone. The cast-tempered aluminium section is capable of achieving up to an 8 tonne stress loading and 4 tonne pull testing.
  
  
  

• Jack Rafters

  Our jack rafter features precise factory fabricated sections which create positive locations for all fixings allowing you to accurately place fewer components in less time. In addition by choosing to glaze the hip bar with a square bead our designers have provided a precise platform for the jack rafter capping to butt up to.
  
  
  

• TwinFast

  TwinFast is a quick and simple fixing solution for glazing bars that provides positive location every time. TwinFast glazing bars simply slide into place and the inbuilt spacers create the perfect glazing plane.
  
  
  
  
  

• UniEaves

  The one-piece UniEaves beam significantly reduces installation time and supports variable pitches of between 22^o and 30^o.
  Our team of designers engineered UniEaves to provide the correct load position without mechanical fixings which simplifies the installation process and reduces the amount of time spent on site.
  
  
  

• Ridge Options

  When developing the UniRidge our engineers applied the same design principles as UniEaves, the result is a ridge which requires no mechanical fixings. UniEaves is a one-product solution to countless design challenges and can be specified on pitches between 22^o and 30^o and accepts 16mm or 24mm DGSU and 25mm or 32mm polycarbonate panels. The new clip on wall flashing trim completes this neat design solution.

  Our variable ridge option is capable of achieving up to a 37^o pitch and also features an easy to install clip-to-fit design.

• Valley Detail

  The challenge for our design team was to increase the flexibility of our valley design and speed up glazing but without adding complexity to the system. They achieved this by the addition of a glazing stop that eliminates glazing slip. The ability to vary the pitch by up to 15^o means just one component can achieve a much wider range of installations.

  Other labour-saving features include positive engagement with the glazing stepper and a revised glazing pane to ensure correct positioning of glass. Increased cladding clearance also improves the thermal performance.
